About Us
We are a full-service strategic project and communications consulting firm, specializing in the launch and execution of high-impact community and organizational initiatives.
Faith+Works is led by Janelle Drake, a multi-talented creative, educator, and community builder. Her diverse professional experience spans across the education, non-profit, corporate, civic, and faith-based sectors. For over 12 years she has coordinated large scale community initiatives, created and implemented high-visibility programs, as well as led crisis and communication efforts for an organization of over 70,000 employees and stakeholders.
Janelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Rhetoric and Professional Writing, as well as a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Innovation. She and her team are excited to help you reach your goals and transform your vision into strategic action.
